Use the following form to contact us and we will send you your unique submission email to use to send your formatted document to us. We will include a PayPal invoice for your proof copy. As soon as we receive your payment, we will produce the paperback or chapbook and post it to you.
Once you receive your book, you can make any changes you want to your document and resubmit it using the same submission email. Full instructions are included in the email.
